FREE SHIPPING

We are proud to offer our customers complimentary free standard worldwide shipping from all of our warehouses to most countries around the world.

SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some remote locations we are unable to ship to for free. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you. Alternatively, there will be a shipping charge at checkout for your provided address.

LOST/MISSING/DAMAGED PACKAGES

Yojani Boutique is not liable if an incorrect/incomplete address is placed during the checkout process. Yojani Boutique is not responsible if your item is not able to be delivered and is redirected to your local delivery centre for collection and in the event that the order is not collected, is returned to sender. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct prior to processing your order. Please note that shipping addresses are automatically synced to our logistics system and are not manually adjusted. If an incorrect/incomplete address is applied at checkout, or the order is not collected in time at your local delivery centre and the delivery fails, your package will be returned to our logistic's warehouse address located in your shipping country. We love to offer complimentary international shipping for all orders however we are charged redirection fees from our logistics provider if a parcel is returned to their warehouse and a $20 AUD redirection charge will be invoiced to the customer and must be paid prior, for the redirection to be dispatched to the correct address. Please note this process can take between 7-15 business days. If you do not wish to have your item redirected, the customer may request a store credit (with no expiry) with the $20 redirection charge deducted from their credit). Please note if orders are not redirected within 14 days, the parcels will be treated as abandoned and destroyed.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILMENT

Please allow 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday) for processing and handling of your order, unless otherwise advised in the product description. Expect an email within this time to let you know your order is on the way! Fulfilment is processed at two locations dependent on your item and shipping location. We fulfil and dispatch from Brisbane, Australia and from our overseas warehouse in Asia so we are able to better service our international customers. If we do not have the item available to be sent from Brisbane, your order will be sent from our overseas warehouse directly to you, which is why our shipping times are stated at 5-8 days, using express logistics services. Please note these times may be slightly exceeded over peak periods. If you order is urgent, please reach out to our team and we ill see if we have a faster shipping option available for you but please note this is subject to availability.

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow logistics to update over 1 business day post order dispatch. You will also be emailed with any shipping updates if applicable.

Please note if you have purchased multiple items that is inclusive of a pre-order item, the order will not be dispatched until all items have been fulfilled.

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping time post dispatch is estimated within 5-8 days for more countries, some more remote are 7-12 days unless otherwise specified in the product description. We love to offer this service free of charge from our international warehouse. 

Please be advised that occasional shipping/tracking delays may occur. It is rare that these delays will exceed 7 business days. 

*This doesn’t include the 2-3 business day order processing time of your order. If your order is urgent, please reach out to our team to see if we can make faster delivery arrangements for you and we will always see if we can accomodate your request.

For domestic orders, most orders will be delivered with Australia Post and tracking information will be available through the Australia Post website. If an alternative courier is assigned for collection to deliver your order, this information will be emailed through.

PRE ORDERS

All items listed at pre-order swill have an advised shipment ETA for the delivery. Please note these times are an estimate only and are subject to change.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking information once your order is shipped. You can also track the status of your order by logging into your customer account on the 'person' icon located at the top right hand corner of the website.
