    The dress came exactly as advertised. This has been perfect to wear in the office! So many compliments from colleagues. Perfect winter dress. The material is good quality.

    I am super disappointed with the dress and customer service, though two stars for the quality of fabric and response time. I bought the dress in an xs using the size chart and it is very baggy and unflattering, I don’t have particularly thin arms yet there is so much room around them and the waist is not fitted. The grey colour is much lighter than anticipated. Customer service don’t allow for a refund and only offer an exchange which I would need to pay for return costs and shipping rates again. Just things I wish I knew before buying.

We've reviewed your image sent through of the Eloise Dress in Smoke and this does appear to be the same colour as displayed in our images, of course, there may be slight colour variances dependent on lighting, as with any fabrication. As advised in our store policies online, we can offer an exchange or store credit for any change of mind or sizing return request. Our store credits do not expire. We also offer a refund option in the rare event that you receive a faulty item. Please note there were no shipping costs charged on your initial order as we offer free shipping on all orders, including exchanges. We just ask that any return postage due to change of mind or sizing, is covered by the customer. We're glad you loved our quality though & hope to service you again in the future :)
