Exactly what I was after. A lovely thick winter dress. Good quality, soft fabric. My track and trace number wouldn't work so I emailed them and they got straight back to me with a new track and trace link which worked.

Just received my order and it is way too big. I ordered a size S and it’s more like a L.
The material is very nice and thick but the size of it makes me look ridiculous.
Hi Erin, thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear this size didn't work out for you. Please reach out to our team and we can organise an exchange for a smaller size! Please note the fabric is quite malleable and can shrink down slightly in the wash but can be steamed/stretched out again but you might find this to be a better fit after a wash :)

We're sorry you found this fit small. This fabric does have stretch and the general feedback has been that the fit for this style is standard, sometimes slightly larger but the fabric is quite malleable so we would recommend giving a steam and slight stretch with your hands.
Please note items are usually delivered within a week however there appeared to be an unusual courier delay with your order due to flight delays which we have confirmed with our logistics company. We have only ever seen this happen once in the past year so we are sorry this has occurred with your order! Unfortunately out of our control :(

This dress does have our sewn in tags at the time from our own manufactuer but if you have received one without please reach out to our team and we are able to send a replacement for you 😊
The XS was huge more like a M. I regret buying it. Not sure what is going on with the sizing.
Thank you for your review. We're so sorry to hear you didn't love Eloise! She has been a well loved best seller for almost a year now. Please note the fabric is quite malleable to allow for common shrinking with ribbed knitwear post wash+dry. The fabric can then be steamed or stretched out again due to the ribbed nature. If you would like to cement a smaller size we would recommend putting in a tumble dryer once and this should shrink up by about 1-2 sizes, however please note do tumble dry if you wish to keep the current structure. Of course, you're welcome to reach out to our team to initiate a return if something isn't right and we would be more than happy to assist!
