Hilary Duff Ultimate Giveaway Terms & Conditions
This Promotion is conducted in collaboration with INJEX Clinics and SRUOY Official (together, the “Promotion Partners”).
Yojani Boutique is solely responsible for administering the Promotion, including receiving and verifying entries, conducting the prize draw, contacting the winner and arranging the prize.
The Promotion Partners may contribute to or provide components of the prize and may assist with promoting the promotion but are not responsible for administering the promotion, determining the winner or processing entries.
2. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion commenced on 18 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 14 October 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.
3. ELIGIBILITY
Entry is open to ages 18 years or over, excluding residents of the Australian Capital Territory. The Promoter may require proof of age, identity and eligibility from any entrant or winner.
4. HOW TO ENTER
To enter during the Promotion Period, entrants must:

- Like the official giveaway post;

Tag the people they would take with them in the comments of the giveaway post.
Each unique qualifying comment constitutes one standard entry.
Entrants may submit multiple qualifying comments, provided each comment is genuine and complies with these Terms and Conditions.
Spam, duplicate, automated or otherwise invalid comments may be excluded at the Promoter’s discretion.
Eligible entrants may receive additional entries by completing the following optional activities during the Promotion Period:
- Share the giveaway post to Instagram Stories: 10 bonus entries;
- Subscribe to the Yojani Boutique newsletter: 25 bonus entries; and
- Place an order with Yojani Boutique: 50 bonus entries*
Bonus entries are optional and are not required to enter or win the Promotion.
The Promoter may verify completion of any bonus-entry activity before awarding the applicable bonus entries.
For Instagram Story shares, the Story must be publicly viewable or otherwise verifiable by the Promoter upon request.
Newsletter bonus entries may be removed if the entrant unsubscribes from the Yojani Boutique mailing list before the winner is drawn.
For purchase bonus entries, each qualifying order placed during the Promotion Period will receive 50 bonus entries. To claim the 50 purchase bonus entries, the entrant must submit the relevant order details through the designated entry form above. The order must be successfully completed during the Promotion Period and may be verified by the Promoter.
If an order is cancelled, refunded to cash, reversed or subject to a chargeback before the winner is drawn, the associated bonus entries may be removed.
Each qualifying order is eligible for 50 bonus entries, meaning entrants may receive 50 bonus entries for each separate qualifying order placed during the Promotion Period.
6. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
The Promotion may be entered without completing any purchase or other paid activity.
Any purchase made to obtain bonus entries is entirely optional and does not guarantee that an entrant will win.
7. ENTRY LIMITS
There is no limit on the number of valid standard entries an eligible entrant may submit, provided each entry complies with these Terms and Conditions.
Bonus entries are subject to the limits and conditions specified above.
Each valid entry included in the draw will have an equal chance of being selected.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, automated, generated through prohibited means or otherwise do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
8. PRIZE
There is one prize consisting of:
The Prize consists of:
- 3 x Premium Reserve tickets to see Hilary Duff live at Brisbane Entertainment Centre, 22 October 2026.
- Return economy flights for the winner and two guests, with each traveller departing from the nearest eligible major Australian city to their place of residence. The winner and guests may depart from different Australian cities;
- One night’s accommodation in a 5-star hotel;
- A $1,000 Yojani Boutique wardrobe; and
- A $1,000 INJEX Clinics voucher.
The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
9. CONCERT TICKETS
The concert tickets are for Hilary Duff’s performance at Brisbane Entertainment Centre, 22 October 2026.
The concert date and tickets are subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the relevant ticketing provider and event organiser.
The concert date cannot be changed at the winner’s request.
The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellation, postponement, venue change or other alteration to the concert by the event organiser.
If the concert is cancelled or materially altered, the Promoter will deal with the affected Prize component in accordance with any applicable arrangements or directions provided by the relevant event organiser or ticket provider.
10. FLIGHTS
The flight component of the Prize consists of return economy-class airfares for the winner and two guests.
Each traveller may depart from any eligible major Australian city, and the winner and guests are not required to depart from the same city.
Flights will be arranged to and from Brisbane Domestic Airport.
Flights are subject to availability and applicable airline conditions.
The Promoter may determine the airline, routing and flight times.
Travel dates must correspond with the concert and accommodation arrangements and cannot be changed at the winner’s request.
Any additional travel expenses, including transport to or from the relevant departure or arrival airport, meals, travel insurance, transfers, spending money, passports, visas, baggage fees not included in the booked fare or other personal expenses not expressly included in the Prize are the responsibility of the winner.
11. ACCOMMODATION
The Prize includes one night’s accommodation in a 5-star Brisbane hotel for the winner and two guests.
Accommodation is subject to availability and will be selected by the Promoter.
The Promoter will determine the hotel and room configuration.
Any incidental expenses, room service, minibar charges, additional nights or other personal expenses are the responsibility of the winner.
12. YOJANI BOUTIQUE WARDROBE
The winner will receive a $1,000 Yojani Boutique wardrobe.
The wardrobe must be redeemed in accordance with the redemption instructions provided by Yojani Boutique.
The wardrobe is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Yojani gift card is valid for 3 years from the date the prize is drawn.
13. INJEX CLINICS VOUCHER
The winner will receive a $1,000 INJEX Clinics voucher.
The voucher is subject to INJEX Clinics’ applicable terms and conditions, including any treatment, age, consultation or eligibility requirements that may apply.
The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
Injex gift card is valid for 3 years from the date the prize is drawn.
14. WINNER DRAW
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
The draw will take place on 15 October 2026.
The Promoter’s decision is final, subject to any rights available to entrants under applicable law.
15. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The winner will be contacted directly by @yojaniboutique via Instagram and/or using the contact details provided by the winner.
The winner may be required to provide reasonable proof of identity, age, residency and eligibility before the Prize is awarded.
The Promoter will never require a winner to pay money or provide credit card details, passwords or banking passwords to claim the Prize.
16. UNCLAIMED PRIZE / REDRAW
If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 72 hours from the initial contact, is found to be ineligible or otherwise fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the Prize.
Any redraw will take place on 19 October 2026.
A redraw winner will be contacted using the same process outlined above.
18. INSTAGRAM / META
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.
By entering, entrants release Instagram and Meta from any responsibility or liability arising from or relating to the Promotion.
Information provided by entrants is provided to Yojani Boutique and not to Instagram or Meta.
19. HILARY DUFF
Hilary Duff and her representatives are not sponsors, promoters or administrators of this Promotion.
The Promotion is not endorsed by or affiliated with Hilary Duff or her representatives.
20. PROMOTION PARTNERS
INJEX Clinics, Annalise Salm and SRUOY Official are Promotion Partners only.
The Promotion Partners may assist with promoting the Promotion and/or providing components of the Prize.
Yojani Boutique remains solely responsible for the administration of the Promotion, including entry verification, the draw and winner notification.
Any Prize component supplied by a Promotion Partner is subject to that partner’s applicable terms and conditions.
21. PRIVACY
Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
Personal information may be used for the purposes of administering the Promotion, contacting the winner, arranging the Prize and complying with applicable legal requirements.

Where an entrant separately opts into Yojani Boutique marketing communications, their information may also be used for those purposes in accordance with the applicable consent and privacy terms.
22. PURCHASES AND BONUS ENTRIES
Where an entrant receives bonus entries for making a purchase, the purchase must be successfully completed during the Promotion Period.
The Promoter may verify the relevant order before awarding or confirming bonus entries.
If the relevant order is cancelled, refunded to cash, reversed or subject to a chargeback before the draw, the Promoter reserves the right to remove the associated bonus entries.
Purchasing a product does not improve an entrant’s standard eligibility to enter and is not required to participate.
23. GENERAL CONDITIONS
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter may disqualify any entry that is incomplete, misleading, fraudulent, automated, generated by a bot or otherwise submitted in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter is not responsible for technical difficulties, Instagram outages, internet interruptions, telecommunications failures or other circumstances outside its reasonable control that prevent an entrant from participating.
If circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control prevent the Promotion from being conducted as intended, the Promoter reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to modify, suspend, postpone or cancel the Promotion.
The Prize cannot be sold, resold, auctioned or otherwise transferred.
The Promoter will not be responsible for any costs incurred by the winner or their guests that are not expressly included in the Prize.
24. STATE AND TERRITORY REQUIREMENTS
The Promotion is conducted in accordance with applicable Australian laws and regulations.
The Promotion is not open to residents of the Australian Capital Territory.
The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any person or jurisdiction where participation would result in the Promotion being subject to a licence, permit or regulatory requirement that the Promoter has not obtained or does not intend to obtain.
25. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under applicable consumer protection legislation.
