PRE-ORDER TERMS

Please note that pre-order shipment window ETAs to our warehouse (Estimated Time of Arrival at warehouse) are estimates only and will very rarely exceed 1-2 weeks after our shipment windows. Please note that once pre-orders are placed in our system, our returns policy is applicable and while pre-order dates are estimates only, if there is a significant delay (more than four weeks excluding shipping times), customers are entitled to a refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, after the four week window has been exceeded only. Pre-order items may also ship sooner than the estimated time frame. Customers are to order at their own risk of rare shipment arrival delays. If your date is approaching, please reach out to our team and we will do everything we can within our abilities, to assist with the arrival of your purchase prior.

Please note that we often will have pre-ordered units produced on a made to order basis and units may be pre-purchased on your behalf. As such, we unfortunately do not accept cancellations of pre-orders for refund to original payment method, however are happy to offer an exchange or store credit (with three year expiry from date of issue), should you wish to cancel your pre-order once placed.
