We’ve checked our correspondence and haven’t received any emails from you regarding a quality concern or a request to return the bag, so unfortunately we haven’t had the opportunity to understand the issue or assist.
We’ve been selling the Dion Bag for approximately three years and, to date, have not had another customer contact us with a quality issue. It has also been extensively tried and tested by our team (including on plenty of nights out!) and ours remain in beautiful condition. We’ve specifically used a tougher interior fabrication designed to be durable and easily wiped clean.
